The film"s page
This documentary was shot in Val Fourré, a suburb built in the sixties and part of Mantes-la-Jolie a town west of Paris. In spring 1991, Dominique Cabrera met some of former tenants of four walled-up tower blocks which were to be pulled down a year an a half later. They agreed to return to their flats and let their memories flow back. For 56 minutes, they tell their tales and tell their lives.
