New York. A French UN Delegate has disappeared into thin air. Moreau, a reporter, and Delmas, an alcoholic photographer, try to find the Frenchman. Their only lead is the picture of three women. Moreau considers the case closed whereas Delmas sees the opportunity for a scandalous scoop.
